We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team and work with a caseload heavily built around children and teens! You will provide individual, couple or family therapy services in a small group practice setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Clinical intake/Diagnostic evaluation for clients
  • Create, implement and review treatment plans
  • Meet client's clinical needs with individualized therapy
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers as needed
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:

  • Minimum master's level education in a counseling or social work field
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and families
  • Desire and ability to work well with other clinical team members

Compensation: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
